Abstract

The State Civil Apparatus (ASN) as a state apparatus that is responsible for providing public services is required to produce good and accountable performance outputs and outcomes in accordance with its position and function. The success of an organization in achieving its goals and fulfilling its social responsibilities largely depends on its employees. If employees are able to carry out their duties well, the organization will be able to achieve the desired goals and objectives. The existence of employees as human resource assets is the fact that human resources are an integral part of the organization, so it is very important to manage Human Resources well and appropriately. Therefore, it is important for employees to have good performance, they must be able to pay attention to several aspects that influence them, such as job satisfaction, organizational culture and the work environment in their organization. Based on the results of hypothesis testing with a determined level of significance, the study results show that job satisfaction, organizational culture and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the General Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of West Java Province. Meanwhile, partially, the job satisfaction variable, organizational culture and work environment also have a significant influence on employee performance
