EFISIENSI KERJA KONTRIBUSINYA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA TENAGA MEDIS DI RSIA dr. DJOKO PRAMONO KARAWANG

Abstract

Considering the results of the evaluation of medical personnel at RSIA dr. Djoko Pramono which includes professionalism, discipline and work motivation which is below the target. Therefore, research was conducted on work efficiency and its contribution to the work performance of medical personnel at RSIA dr. Djoko Pramono Karawang. This study aims to determine the effect of work efficiency on the work performance of medical staff at RSIA dr. Djoko Pramono Karawang. To find out the relationship between the independent variable (work efficiency) and the dependent variable (work performance), a quantitative approach was used with a sample of 51 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the Pearson correlation on Work Efficiency and Work Performance has a value of 0.749, which is a strong correlation value. Thus, it can be concluded that work efficiency carried out properly by medical personnel has an effect of 74.9% on the work performance of medical staff at RSIA dr. Djoko Pramono Karawang
