Abstract

The management of micro and small enterprises (MSEs) in West Java is a challenge in itself in an effort to increase sales results for business actors. MSEs have the potential to provide extensive economic services to the community. DP3AKB West Java has a role in the development and guidance of MSEs through a program called Warung Cetaaarrr. However, the sales results of Warung Cetaaarrr for one year experienced unstable fluctuations. This indicates that there are still challenges to overcome in improving sales performance in this program. This study was conducted to prove that the influence of the coaching system, level of knowledge and sales techniques have a positive and significant influence on sales results. The research method used is quantitative research method with a total of 50 respondents. The data were processed using SPSS instrument version 25 and hypothesis testing using path analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the study results show that the coaching system, knowledge level and sales techniques together have a positive relationship value to sales results in the Warung Cetaaarrr MSE group. Furthermore, the coaching system and knowledge level partially have no significant effect on sales results, while sales techniques partially show a significant effect on sales results
